Reg Church Memorial Round 2
	Just 13 Members turned up for this week's 2nd Round of our Reg Church Memorial Trophy for Club Rules 1/32nd Production.Voted in for this year was the fact that the direction of travel would be reversed for half the Rounds - Reverse direction this week! No-one knew which way it would be in advance (apart from the 'random selector'), so we can only blame the school half-term for the poor turnout - or total dislike for the class! Qualifying was loosely graded on previous results and it was soon apparent that some Members don't like the reverse direction! One man who did like it though was Ian B who comfortably TQ'd ahead of Jody and Graham H.  Behind them things were quite close all the way through mid-field, helped no doubt by the slowish times. Young Elliott scored his maximum Junior Championship points despite having to go early, leaving us with a nice round number for four Finals. The 'C' Final then ended up with only two drivers as both Terry and Chris B called it a night!  This left a good race between our two old stalwarts with Chris C just pipping Bill by less than a quarter of a lap. The 'B' Final started with all four drivers but quickly also became a two man race as both Roland and Stuart fell by the wayside, leaving Phil H to coast to a relatively easy win ahead of Simon J - Simon with one of his best finishes for some while. For once, the 'A' Finals did live up to expectations and gave a good race. Almost needless to say though, Ian B took the win by exactly 1 lap from Jody, ahead of Ian K and Graham H who were separated by less than half a lap at the end. So there it was.  Yet another win for Mr Barker - come on guys, he can be beaten...........or can he?
